Leon County is seeking volunteers to drive the Veterans Van to and
from clinics, hospitals, etc. If you are interested, please contact the

about the volunteer position.
Leon County is actively seeking a Veteran Service Officer. This is a
volunteer position but some expenses are paid. If you are interested,

Leon County has a limited quantity of Tamiflu medication reserved for Leon &
Madison County residents who are tested and diagnosed with the flu. The
medical offices listed below will not charge for the Tamiflu medication; however,
an administration fee may be charged by the
administering medical office.

Brazos Valley Community Action Agency has 2014 CEAP funds available
for those that qualify in Leon County. You will be seen by appointment only.
The funds are for new applicants that have not already applied in 2014.

Leon County adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate and the tax rate will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $0.00.
