- Discuss and possibly take action on any item needed in the “2010 – 2011” budget
- Discuss “2010” tax rate (no vote)
- Discuss the “2010 – 2011” proposed budget
- Schedule and announce Public Hearing on proposed “2010 – 2011” budget
- Schedule and announce Public Hearing to vote on “2010 – 2011” budget revenue increase
- Schedule and announce Public hearing to adopt the “2010 – 2011” budget
- Schedule and announce Public Hearing to adopt the “2010” tax rate
- Public comments
- Commissioners’ open forum
- Adjourn
